These general conditions of sale define the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Customer and are applicable to all contracts between the parties for the sale of the Seller’s products and / or services.

By the sole fact that the Buyer places an order, he accepts our T & Cs, notwithstanding all the clauses appearing on his purchase documents. 

1. COMPANY IDENTIFICATION

2. ORDER

The software offered by SIM are products designed to satisfy the needs of the greatest number of users.

SIM licenses are sold for a period of 12 months from the date the license key is made available to the customer.

Subject to technical availability, license keys are provided to the customer by email within 2 working das after the date of the corresponding invoice.

3. PRICE – PAYMENT  

Prices are indicated according in euros, net, excluding taxes and various duties.

Payment : For the purchase of SIM Software and depending on the subscription period chosen, the amount of the subscription is paid in cash according to the available payment formulas (Credit Card, Money Order/ Transfer)

Discount conditions and rebates : The prices, conditions and scales of discounts and rebates are communicated by the seller to the buyer on request. Discounts and rebates will only take effect after they have been signed and cannot be applied retroactively.

4. RENTENTION OF TITLE CLAUSE

The company « SOLTI » retains full ownership of the SIM Software, only the license of use granted as part of the subscription is issued to the buyer in return for full payment of the price indicated on his purchase order.

5. CASE OF FORCE MAJEURE 

The contractual deadlines may be extended for any reason which has made it impossible for the Seller to fulfill his obligations, in particular in the event of Force Majeure. For the purposes of these T & Cs, Force Majeure means an event over which the Seller cannot reasonably have control.

6. LITIGATION 

In the event of a litigation, only the Commercial Court of France is competent, even in the event of a guaranteed appeal or multiple defendants or summary proceedings or a contrary attribution clause.
